Post scheduling
From your phone or tablet, you can schedule posts for social networks using all the same scheduling features you already use on desktop.
You can select profiles, choose channels, write captions, upload files from your gallery, or use your phone’s camera to create images or videos for the post.
At the end, just choose the publication date and time to confirm the schedule and get back to the bar table or jump into the ocean.
Notification-based scheduling
With the mLabs app, you can also schedule Facebook and Instagram Stories. You receive a notification on the scheduled day and time to publish directly from the app.
Notification-based story scheduling is the only option available through Meta’s official API.
Editing and publishing scheduled posts
In addition to scheduling, you can edit posts that are already planned. This is ideal for handling last-minute client requests outside business hours.
In these situations, you are covered. With the mLabs app, you can edit, pause, duplicate, or remove scheduled posts from the calendar.
You have full control to change the publication date and time, move posts forward, or publish immediately on social networks.
Managing publication status in the calendar
Scheduling and editing are not enough. Sometimes you need to check if everything is going according to plan.
That classic double check many detail-oriented professionals like to do can also be done in the app.
By accessing the calendar feature, you get a macro view of all publications and can see the status of each post individually, including draft, paused, published, scheduled, or not published.
How to use the mLabs app. Step by step

Step 1. Access the platform or create your account
When you open the app, enter your email and password or select Sign up and free trial if you are new to mLabs. You can also register using your Facebook account.
Tap your preferred sign up option and log in to access the mLabs app.
Step 2. Connect your social media accounts
After logging in, you will be taken to the mLabs mobile dashboard. Right away, you will see the Dashboard with an overview of your connected social media accounts.
If you have not connected your social profiles yet, just tap the Connect button below the chosen network to add your account and continue setting up the platform.
Step 3. Schedule your post on social networks
To schedule posts through the app, the process is simple. Tap the Schedule post option and follow the steps shown on the screen to set up your post.
First, choose the brand profile that will publish the content. Next, select the channels.
Enter the text that will appear in the post caption and upload the media or take a photo or record a video using your phone’s camera.
After uploading the media, you can adjust its size in the post. To do this, tap the settings icon and select Crop. Make the necessary adjustments and tap Confirm.
Next, set the publication date and time. After choosing all settings, mLabs will show you a post preview. Review the details and tap Options to send it for client approval, save it as a draft, publish it immediately, or schedule it.
Step 4. View your post status in the Calendar
Go to the Calendar option in the bottom menu, select the desired profile, and you will see all posts created for that account.
Using the Status button, you can filter posts by their current status. With Channels and Dates, you can apply additional filters by social network or time period.
You can also perform individual actions by tapping the settings icon on each post. For posts that are already published, for example, you can clone the publication. Everything is designed to make your routine easier.
